Muncie - Beginning Monday, November 19th, work will commence on the cross road at Emerald Point on the Cardinal Greenway between McGalliard Road and Riggin Road. During this time, the trail at Emerald Point will be closed as they remove that portion of trail to accommodate the cross road, then replace the cut-away trail. To ensure safety and to advance the project as quickly as possible, please do not travel this section of trail during the closure.
